Nice quiet area, convenient and absolutely perfect location, just next door to restaurants, University of Western Australia, and the suburbs. Plus, minutes away from Synergy Parkland. Great bed, fairly clean bathroom and a seating area, a writing table, an iron and ironing board in the room. Quiet ambience and nice views onto the garden.

Everything was wonderful from the WELCOMING service to the delicious food. Studio apartment was with a safe box and Wi-Fi. The location was marvellous, to buses going to Fremantle and the interior design was modern.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at St Catherines On Park Aparthotel. The room was spacious and modern, with a full-length balcony overlooking a beautiful rooftop garden. The separate kitchen and lounge area added to the comfort and convenience. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from my arrival. The overall atmosphere was more personal and cozy, similar to staying at an Airbnb rather than a traditional hotel. Another bonus was the peace and quiet, especially during the mid-week stay with no traffic noise. The breakfast, although basic, provided enough to start the day. The inbuilt light on the desk and the well-equipped kitchenette with a full-sized fridge were thoughtful additions. I particularly appreciated the overhead fans in both the bedroom and lounge area, as they made the warmer nights more comfortable. The location was also ideal, with Kings Park and the University of Western Australia nearby.
While my stay had many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. the online promotion of the room did not accurately reflect the actual accommodations.

This hotel is perfect for business trips, being located near the university and hospital. the spacious rooms and bathrooms offer top-notch hygiene and comfort. the breakfast is tasty and filling, being a great deal. the hotel also has an amazing design. You can either dine-in or find great restaurants in close proximity. the hotel uses your payments to support UWA students, which is a great initiative.
Some rooms lack proper curtains, compromising your privacy and some areas may have limited cleaning times.
